Chi Kung
The theme for our Chi Kung Autumn course is improving the immune system.
We will teach various exercises and methods to strengthen our body, our immune system, and our tolerance to outside agents. We will also address the role of the mind in achieving and maintaining good health, and learn different ways to enhance and apply the mind.
This special course enables you to deepen your Chi Kung -training regardless of your level. It is open to all our Chi Kung-, Shaolin Kungfu-, and Taijiquan students!
