How to practice Shaolin Kungfu?

shaolin-kungfu-sparring-5Shaolin Kungfu is not for everybody. Its training - although always rewarding - is very demanding, and it calls for strong dedication and determination to reach set objectives.


Shaolin Kungfu is equally suitable for men and women, and training can start basically at any age. However, the basic requirements are having reasonably good health for vigorous daily exercise, and absolutely agreeing to follow the Ten Shaolin Laws as an integral part of the training.


The kungfu courses in Shaolin Wahnam Finland are designed for adults. In our school, taking up Shaolin Kungfu as a light hobby is very much discouraged: Apply for our courses only if you are determined to put in serious effort into daily practice.
